The Contours exercise
program takes just 29 minutes which allows even the busiest of women the
opportunity to partake in a regular exercise program. Our workout consists
of a combination of weight bearing equipment and cardiovascular exercise
to improve strength, co-ordination, fitness and tone. This, in combination
with our proven weight loss system, can quickly help women reach their
most personal goals.
Unlike that of our
competitors our exciting system uses real weight bearing equipment
designed specifically for women.
Our hours are:
Monday to Friday:
6:00am to 7:30pm
Saturday:
7:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
